Fox Contractors are an electrical installations company based in Preston and specialise in all aspects of electrical work both domestic and commercial.
After our first meeting, it was very clear that they knew exactly how they wanted their new website to look. The client also wanted the capability to upload documents/PAT test certificates etc. to an online secure document storage facility that their customers can access.
We took on board the ideas and criteria presented to us and began to create some mock-ups to show our client. Within a matter of days, we presented several mock-ups for the client to choose from, they picked one and gave us the thumbs up to begin development.
In under two weeks from our first meeting, we presented our client with a fully built, mobile responsive website designed exactly how they wanted. We also presented the client with a separate Docuport website that allows them to create accounts for customers to have an online platform where they can view all the documents uploaded by Fox Contractors.
As part of the handover process, we provided all the necessary training so our client was fully equipped to use their new software and make any changes to their website in the future.
They were delighted with their new website and a new process for sharing documents with clients.
